Launching November 2026
Have questions about our mobile grooming experience? Find helpful answers about appointments, parking, products, service requirements, and what to expect from your pup’s visit.
Nope! Paws and Reflect operates a state-of-the-art mobile salon equipped with its own heated water and a 100% emission-free, silent lithium-ion battery bank. While our van uses a standard engine to safely travel between neighborhoods, our grooming studio runs entirely on clean battery power. This means zero loud generators, zero exhaust fumes idling in your driveway, and zero disruption to your neighborhood while your pup is being pampered.
We just need a relatively flat, safe place to park our van, such as your driveway or a legal street parking space directly in front of your home
Paws & Reflect Dog Grooming currently serves San Leandro, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, and select unincorporated communities of Alameda County, along with Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, and incorporated Danville.
Our current service ZIP codes are:

Because I'm a mobile grooming service, I focus on keeping my routes efficient. If you're unsure whether your specific address is within my service area, feel free to reach out and I'll be happy to confirm.
For the safety of all our furry clients, we require up-to-date Rabies vaccination records. You can easily upload these right when you request your appointment through our scheduler.
If you and a neighbor on your street book appointments for the exact same day, we pass the fuel and travel savings back to you by knocking $10 off both of your bills!
For the very first appointment, we require you to be home so we can meet you, discuss your grooming preferences, and properly introduce ourselves to your pup to ensure a low-stress start. For future appointments, we can discuss keyless or latchkey entry options if you cannot be home.
Your pup’s health and our environment are our top priorities. Every product I use is vegan, cruelty-free, and made in the USA. Our premium shampoos and conditioners are also completely biodegradable and free of harsh chemicals. This ensures a deep, refreshing clean that is incredibly soothing for dogs with sensitive coats and safe for the earth.
Because your dog receives our 100% undivided, one-on-one attention without any salon distractions or cage waiting times, most grooms take between 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on your dog's size, coat condition, and behavior.
Yes! I welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes. Every dog receives an individualized grooming experience based on their coat, size, grooming history, and specific needs.
Absolutely! I am happy to introduce dogs to professional grooming and help them become comfortable with the process. For a dog's first grooming experience, I may recommend starting with a bath and basic grooming services rather than jumping straight into a full haircut. The goal is to create a positive experience without overwhelming your pup.
Yes! I am happy to work with puppies and help them begin building positive grooming experiences from an early age. If it's your puppy's first professional grooming appointment, I will often recommend starting with a bath and gentle introductory services so they can become familiar with the sights, sounds, handling, and routine of grooming without becoming overwhelmed.
For safety and liability reasons, pet parents are not able to remain inside the mobile salon during the grooming appointment. I know it can be difficult to step away from your pup, especially for their first visit, but this allows me to maintain a safe, calm, and focused environment throughout the groom. You'll be right at home, and I'll be happy to update you on how your pup is doing.
We'll start with a brief consultation so I can learn about your dog's grooming history, coat, temperament, and any concerns or preferences you have. I'll then bring your pup into the mobile salon for their one-on-one grooming appointment. For new or nervous dogs, I may adjust the pace or recommend a simpler first service to help them become comfortable with the experience.
I have experience working with nervous, anxious, and reactive dogs, and I can manage most dogs regardless of their temperament. My goal is to change the way these dogs experience grooming by creating a calm, one-on-one environment and taking the time to work with each dog as an individual. I do my best to make grooming a more positive and comfortable experience, while always prioritizing your dog's safety and well-being.
