About Me: From Puppy Love to Stress-Free Pampering

I have shared my heart and my home with dogs since the day I was born. My journey truly began at two years old when I fell in love with a pug named Spike. In a beautiful act of generosity, my uncle gifted him to me, and Spike and I grew up side-by-side. He was my constant companion, teaching me my very first lessons in canine companionship and unconditional love.

As an adult, my perspective on dog care completely transformed when my husband and I welcomed Frankie, a Goldendoodle, and later adopted Astro, a Maltipoo. Frankie was my first experience managing a dog that required intensive, regular grooming. Astro's adoption inspired me to volunteer with rescue organizations, where I discovered my deep passion for creating safe, clean, and comforting environments for dogs in transition.

Realizing my true calling was working with animals, I pursued formal dog grooming education and earned my ABC Certified Pet Groomer certification. That training gave me a strong foundation in grooming and set me on the path toward building a career centered around the care and well-being of dogs.

From that foundation, I created Paws & Reflect Dog Grooming LLC with a simple goal: to provide a calm, low-stress grooming experience where each dog is treated with patience, respect, and individual care.
